A blend of 60% cabernet franc and 40% merlot, vinified in steel casks with spontaneous yeasts, 15 days of maceration with the grape skin and maturation in steel.

We grow while respecting the ecosystem, with the goal of creating good, healthy wine.
Wine
Our vineyard is small and rooted in the calcareous soil of the Euganean Hills. The vines enjoy an optimal exposure that allows them to grow in a sunny and ventilated microclimate.
Oil
Olive trees were not previously planted in our area due to winter frosts. Times and climates have changed and our olive trees have grown.
Saffron
The morning spreads gold through its mouth and our gold is red. Three pistils per flower and a little treasure hidden under the purple petals
